JUNIPERUS sabina Buffalo

Juniper –

0370 “Savin juniper is a highly variable evergreen shrub native from central Europe to the mountains of central Asia. The popular cultivar ‘Buffalo’ has rich green foliage with a medium-fine texture and holds its color well in winter. A low-growing, evenly spreading plant, it has shown very good resistance to the common affliction, juniper blight.

Preferring full sun, junipers are versatile, low-maintenance evergreens which are adaptable to a range of soil conditions, provided they are well drained. Savin juniper is tolerant of city conditions, but dislikes hot climates. The low profile of ‘Buffalo’ makes it a great choice for groundcover, rock gardens, or foundation plantings.”
