0763 An old world plant from the Canary Islands, Africa, southwest Asia, Iran and India. Also known as “”Nard”” in ancient Greece. Wonderfully fragrant ornamental shrubby perennial with gray-green foliage with flowering spikes. Drought tolerant and deer resistant. Blooms in summer.

This variety has a large round shaped form with long flower spikes. It is an excellent choice for hedging and it is a good culinary variety. Great in ice-cream, sorbets or baked desserts.
