ARABIS ferinandi ‘Old Gold’

Rockcress –

0184 Grows loose spreading rosettes of small, grayish green leaves. Blooms in early spring. Fragrant, groundcover, long blooming. Deer resistant. Cut back after flowering for denser foliage. Flowers above the foliage. Great for rock gardens and front edging on a border.

This variegated selection is quite different in appearance from the familiar mounding types of Rockcress. It forms a very low carpet of rounded, waxy-looking green-and-gold streaked leaves. Small white flowers in spring are a bonus. Drought tolerant, once established.

Winchester Gardens generally stocks this item.
